At Anisheen, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized products. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or physical damage during delivery, you are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted only in cases of printing defects or damaged items upon arrival.
- Exchanges are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, or customer error during order placement.
- How to Request an Exchange
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of the defect (clear photos or videos) must be provided.
- Our support team will review the case and confirm eligibility.
- Process of Exchange
- Once approved, the defective/damaged product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- After we receive and verify the product, we will arrange for a replacement of the same design and size.
- If the same product is no longer available, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
- Costs
- If the exchange is due to our error (printing defect or damage), all shipping costs are covered by us.
- If the product is returned without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges (not refundable).
Return PolicySince our products are custom-made upon order, we have a strict No Return Policy except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- No Returns for Size Issues
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order.
- Products cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect size selection.
- Refunds
- Refunds are not issued unless a product is confirmed to be defective and cannot be replaced.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used, within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Final Sale Items
- All customized and personalized items are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
